Bottom-Up FlexShade Recharge
Bottom-Up FlexShade Recharge: motorized, wire-free window shade with built-in battery. Boosts daylight, cuts glare, and enhances home comfort.
The Bottom-Up FlexShade Recharge offers quiet, motorized shade control and installs easily in hard-to-reach windows—no wiring or electrician needed. Its integrated rechargeable battery eliminates the need for a battery wand, keeping your space clean and clutter-free. The shade rises from a roller at the windowsill to maximize natural daylighting while blocking low-angle sunlight. This reduces glare and heat on nearby surfaces, maintains privacy, and creates a more comfortable home environment.

ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022 Child Safety Standard
Effective June 1, 2024, in compliance with the updated ANSI/WCMA A100.1-2022
child safety standard, all Draper window shades operated by a bead chain will be
furnished with a tensioned hold-down device that is permanently attached and
partially disables the product if not installed correctly. This hold-down should
be installed with tension on the chain.
All bead chain operated window shades will include:
- Permanently installed spring-loaded tensioned hold-down device
- Approved permanent warning label attached
- Approved mechanical fasteners for the tension device included. Screws provided are not suitable for all mounting surfaces. The installer is responsible for secure mounting using
appropriate hardware for the site conditions. Consult with contractors and builders as needed.
If the tension device is not installed with appropriate tension on the bead
chain, the shade will be rendered partially inoperable. If installed
properly, the tension device will prevent the creation of a hazardous loop
and
will maintain tension on the bead chain.
Approved permanent warning label
